Bailiffgate Bed & Breakfast Access Statement

Although guests are always given a warm welcome, it should be noted that our house is a listed Grade Two Georgian building with bedrooms on various levels above ground floor.

There is only access to the bedrooms by the stairs which are well lit with handrails.

All bedrooms are ensuite with showers, with two that have both a shower and bath tub.

There are three steps from the street, with a hand rail. Parking is approximately 50 yards away.

The dining room is situated on the ground floor.
